At Morocco Views, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality tours and excursions across the Atlas Mountains. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Cancellations by Customers

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour or excursion date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund.


2. Cancellations by Morocco Views

If we are forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule the tour at no additional cost.


3. No-Shows

Customers who fail to show up on the day of the tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.
